automated email triggers not working

I am using gravity forms on our website.

Using automated email campaigns through constant contact.

Automated campaign is linked to the correct constant contact list.

Trigger is set to send email whenever new contact is added to the list.

New contacts get added to the list but no email is sent.

I am at the end of the rope dealing with this issue.  We've used automated campaigns for a long time and have never had this issue.  Constant Contact support has been no help.

Hello @AnthonyL642,

I did take a look in your account and it appears you have created your Automated Series newsletters correctly. Your most recent Automated Series is connected to a list that currently only has one contact in it and it has sent out to that contact successfully. If you are still experiencing issues, please give us a call so we can share the screen with you to see exactly which Automated Series is not sending.
