uploading multiple graphics at the same time

my ability to upload multiple graphics at the same time doesn't function. I must laboriously upload one graphic at a time. Before it alway worked smoothly. Please see what's going on. Thank you, Carol

Hello @CarolBWCC ,

 

Are you receiving a specific error when trying to upload multiple at a time? Does it only seem to affect particular file types? Does it occur in both the image uploader available in the email editor, and in the Library tab? Does the issue occur on other browsers, devices, or networks?
