would like open/click-through information metrics for the account in eTap

Hi there, 

We have CC integration with our eTapestry database. We would like to see the open/click-through information metrics for an email integrated with that donor/account in eTap. Is it possible? Please assist.

Hello @SJPLF ,

 

Any integrations developed to connect an account with us and eTap would be 3rd party-developed, so we wouldn't have any insight, control, or ability to troubleshoot for it. I'd advise reaching out to the developers of the integration for assistance.
