Joan knows that you only have a few seconds to capture someone’s attention, so she uses feedback from her customers to craft messaging that directly resonates with each audience.
“Everybody's got a lot of distractions around them from their phones and other devices at all times,” she says. “So you’ve got to get their attention. And you've got to make sure your message is as clear as it can be.” Joan says.
