What are some innovative ways you've seen nonprofits adapt and thrive in the face of changing circumstances or limited resources?

 

When a nonprofit lacks resources, it becomes extremely difficult to make an impact, which is kind of the whole point, right? So when times get tough, how do you adapt to the situation and still remain successful in your impact and continue with your efforts? Are their certain steps you take when you notice resources dwindling? Are there plans in place when unforeseen circumstances hit?
