Are you sending a 10% sub discount to people that sign up? If so we would like to stop that discount.

We wouldn't be sending anything like that of our own volition to your contacts. IF your contacts are receiving an email with that kind of info when they sign up to you, I'd advise checking your account's welcome email and other automations to see if any of them include such info.
