I have done everything, contacts have opened and I am ready for the other contacts to load. How do I load them.

I'm not sure I understand what the first portion of your post is regarding, since the numbers mentioned don't really match up with your recent email send activity nor import/export activity. As far as importing contacts, the best methods for bulk import are going to be either the paste/type multiple method, or the file upload method.
