If we program a specific amount of tickets to be sold, does Constant Contact automatically close registration once that happens? On the previous version of CC, we were able to check-mark a box that did exactly that. We do not see that option anymore.

Hello @ChristineB7 ,
If the tickets (or whatever you decide to label them as) for an event have a limited quantity, and they all get RSVP'd, then the event registration will automatically close. If a registrant is cancelled, and it would open up a ticket that would normally still be available, then the registration will re-open.
The same applies for tickets with limited dates of availability- even if you make an event active before any tickets are available, the registration page won't be accessible until at least one ticket is set to be available.
For more info on managing tickets, please see our main article on the topic.
