Automation, trigger when a contact is added to a specific segment.

I am having trouble because my automation is not working,  it is set to trigger when someone is added to a specific segment. No one is being added to the automation even though I have contacts added to specific segment.  The contacts is coming from Facebook leads and their status is subscribed.  How can we fix this?
