Hello,
I have noticed that if I have been logged into CTCT for a period of time, and I get the timeout warning that asks me if I want to stay logged in, if I say yes, and subsequently try to do any kind of search for my campaigns, no results are returned.
It seems that when I click to 'stay logged in', it revalidates my CTCT UI access, however whatever server your search is linked to, must be logging me out.
To correct this I have to log out completely and log back in and then I can search again.
Please fix this!
