Hello @FirstNameL95616. There isn't a list of all bounced emails in an account as emails may not permanently remain in a bounce status and can be fluid. You can view the individual bounce report for each campaign you have sent through the campaign reporting.

Hi Caitlin.  I watched the latest video tutorial on bounces and the video instruction does NOT match the pages on the platform.  Any advice on how to remove bounces?

If you're using the older UI, you can swap to the New Experience by toggling it on via your account's logo.

Otherwise, it's still the same effective process- click the name of the sent email campaign, click the number for the bounced report, similar layout and actions menu.

Hey William _ I have already been using the new UI experience.  I clicked the name of the sent email campaign, and then the hyperlinked bounce email number for said email campaign.  The next page is brings me to is a another recap screen, but does not include the actual bounced emails as in the video tutorial.  :frown: Would really appreciate your, or someone elses help.   Thanks

Hi @DaxK ,

I think the confusion is specifically stemming from Subject AB emails having a slightly different layout for reporting than normal emails. For step-by-step and visual guidance on Subject AB reporting in general, as well as specific guidance on viewing individual subject lines' bounces, see this article

These are the essential steps:

  1. Go into your Subject AB email's reporting by clicking the name of the sent email.
  2. Then click View Report.
  3. Click the dropdown menu at the top, and select Bounces. Now it should look exactly as the steps in the main Managing Bounces article provides.

Hooray!  Thanks so much William !  Yes, the AB testing reporting was a bit different than the tutorial.  You're guidance was correct and I was able to delete all my bounces.
