Bug Report: Duplicate and Persistent State Entries in Sign-Up Form

Hi there,

I would like to report a bug in the sign-up form functionality.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the Sign-up Forms page and create a Sign-Up Landing Page.
  2. In the form fields, add the Country/State fields.
  3. Activate the form.
  4. In the Country dropdown list, select "Taiwan." You will see two duplicate entries in the State dropdown: "Chiayi" and "Hsinchu."
  5. Now, select any other country in the Country dropdown. "Chiayi" and "Hsinchu" remain in the State dropdown, along with other states from the newly selected country.

Please address this issue and also provide an option to add only the Country dropdown to the sign-up form.

Thank you,
