I'VE CREATED A CUSTOM FIELD FOR EACH CONTACT. IT'S A SPECIFIC LINK TO A WEBSTORE CREATED FOR THEIR ORGANIZATION. IT'S SPECIFIC TO THEM. I'VE PLACED THE LINK IN THEIR CONTACT INFO AND NAMED IT "STORE LINK". WHEN I CREATE AN EMAIL AND INSERT THIS LINK IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN EMAILS. IT SHOWS {STORE LINK} BUT WHEN THE EMAIL IS SENT IT DOES NOT PULL IN THE CUSTOM FIELD. ANY IDEAS?

Hello @MattS790 ,
I'd advise calling our general support for live troubleshooting. Make sure you've explicitly gone through the process of inserting a contact detail when setting up the email, and provide the agent with example contacts affected by your described issue. If possible, please provide a screencap of what the contact sees on their end, if they're seeing something other than it being blank or what's supposed to be displayed.
