Hello @DanielW157 ,

 

I'd advise calling general support as soon as you're able so they can get an account rewind case setup with our higher level technical team. It is also very strongly advised that you do not make any further account changes until the rewind has been resolved. Additionally, please keep in mind that there isn't a guarantee this will be 100% successful.
