Cancelled plan

Hi my plan was cancelled and was wondering how I can get my subscribers back from my account? Please let me know if this is possible, thank you.

Hello @DanielH98364 ,

I've sent an email to your account's main address with the contacts attached as a CSV file. If you need the contacts sent to an address other than your account's main one, we'd need you to call our general support. That way they can confirm security permissions, and then send the contacts to a different address.
