Centering Images Top to Bottom

Is it possible to center an image from top to bottom within a section? (i.e. text on the left, image on the right but stuck at the top of the block). If not, these would be a great improvement for overall design.

Center text wrapping is not currently available, nor planned as it doesn't play well with mobile versions of emails. If you want an image centered, it can't be text-wrapped.
