Hello,
A number of years ago our Constant Contact and Salesforce stopped communicating properly and we've since had to manually update new contacts from Constant Contact into Salesforce, and in the same way mark folks as unsubscribed in Salesforce if needed. As a non-profit, we use the NPSP Salesforce. Does anyone know how to move forward in re-establishing this connection so contacts auto-populate across the platforms? Any
information helps.
Hello @JessicaD92 ,
I'd advise calling our general support, and requesting a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations team for assistance. They can confirm security permissions live with you, and get older integrations revoked internally, which may help with re-syncing your Constant Contact account to your current or new Salesforce setup. They can also provide some more advanced troubleshooting, if that ends up being needed.
