We’ll keep it simple this week. I was reviewing the top searches for the last week and noticed that people were looking for information on how to download their campaign as a PDF, but maybe not finding anything specific on it.
I’m happy to report, yes, you can download your email campaigns as a PDF.
It’s pretty easy to locate, too. When viewing your list of email campaigns, just click the dots for the dropdown menu and select “Download & print.”
It doesn't have to be in PDF format either. You can also download the email as a JPG or PNG file. The sky is the limit! If the sky only covered PDFs, JPGs, and PNGs...

Important: It's a violation of our terms to host a PDF version of your newsletter on your website. You can instead copy the URL for your email and share the link on your website, or install the email archive widget on your website and add the emails you want to display from within your Constant Contact account.
