Every Tuesday we'll share tips, tricks, and insights on using Constant Contact and online marketing

Managing an event through Constant Contact is a dynamic process, and sometimes you need to make changes even after your event has gone live. The good news is you don't have to deactivate your event to edit it.

Here are the steps from our Knowledge Base article on creating and activating events.

Edit an activated event

If you need to edit your event details while it is active, you can do so by clicking the Edit button from the dashboard.

Once you've made your edits, click Update event.

📣 If you make changes to which tickets are available for the event, if any registrants have already selected that ticket previously, you will not be able to delete the ticket from the event, only pause it. It will still prevent future registrants from being able to select it.
