Overview and Navigation: The community is accessible at community.constantcontact.com. It's open to the public for browsing, but login (using Constant Contact account credentials) is required for engagement.

    • Home Page: Features welcome messages, current online users, active discussions, and solved user queries.
    • Featured Content: Highlights important community events and announcements.
    • Get Involved Feed: Displays latest discussions, questions, and posts.
    • Groups and Podcasts: Offers specialized discussion groups (e.g., ecommerce, nonprofits) and a podcast series "Be a Marketer" by Dave Charest.
  2. Engaging in the Community:

    • Asking Questions: Use the "Ask a Question" feature to seek help. Search functionality helps find existing answers in FAQs or previous discussions.
