Contact Segmentation

Is anyone else having issues with creating or refreshing contact segments? Contact segments I've built and used for months are no longer working. The logic summary looks like this: "Contacts who are members of Monthly Newsletter lists AND whose engagement is not least engaged." I've reached out to Constant Contact support but haven't been able to get this resolved.

The issue has already been tracked to your account(s). If and when the devs have an update regarding them, you'll be notified directly via email. At this time we do not have an ETA from them regarding the issue, as they're still collecting info on the issue.
