You can insert contact details, as well as setup dynamic content that will only send for a contact if they meet the criteria you set for it.
Otherwise you may be able to set something more elaborate up using the custom code editor, if you know how to create emails from HTML code.

Thank you. I think I figured it out. You can create custom form fields based on the data, then use brackets in the body of the email where you want the merge to fill.
For Example:
Dear {Name}
As long as there is a custom form field labeled 'Name' or whatever field you're looking to merge, it will automatically input that section of the recipient data.
