Hi team,
May i firstly start off by saying it is beyond odd that as an email campaign company, you DON'T have an email option to contact you regarding issues.
Secondly, I have discovered that when the profile field is above 256 characters when uploading a database, the system just simply does not upload that contact details at all. Not only that but it does not alert you to the fact there is an error in the uploading process. It actually states that it uploads all the contacts.

Each support team has an individual email address, that is utilized on a case-by-case basis. If you have general support inquiries, you can send them to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com or communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com, with your username and relevant support inquiries.
See our article on standard contact headings and character limits for more info. If your "profile text" custom field would fit better with the "Notes" field, then I'd advise uploading them as that instead.
