RSVP responders not able to see confirmation page

Hi, we're using the RSVP module in an email campaign and noticed that while some respondents are redirected to a "thank you for your submission" page, others encounter an error. Fortunately, all responses are being tracked, but we want to fix this so that every respondent sees their RSVP confirmation.

This would indicate a connectivity issue on their end, if the confirmation page doesn't load up. Theese contacts may need to check that any VPNs they're running, their ad/pop-up blockers, or anything similar isn't conflicting with the site or the click-tracking links.
