It shows i have 3469 contacts, but yet the email Sends were only 2911. Can you explain the difference. I did delete 590 Suspended Accounts though. I think i should be in the lower pricing tier.

Hello @SteveH73 ,

I'd advise checking your contacts, as you have quite a few that aren't on any list.

I read this article, selected them all, thinking I could add them all to the only list I have of receipents.  But when I attempted that, it asked me to create a new list, which I don't want to do.

I simply wanted to add those that you say are not connected to any list to the one list I have - any thoughts on how to do this?

If you don't have an eligible list to add to, then you'd have to create a new one.

But I do have an 'eligible' list,  I only have one list and i want to add all of Not On Any List people to the one list that i have.

If the list isn't available for selection, then it's not an eligible list to manually add to. It could be a relic from an older account setup, a list made from a specific integration or ad setup that can't be manually added to, or there's some other element on the list that makes it ineligible to add to.

You are correct, there are many not on any list - so now the question is, How to I get them all (at the same time and not indiviudally) to the one list that I have?

Click the top-most checkmark box of your overall Contacts, click Actions, click Add to List, click Create New List, give it a name, create, add.
