Does Constant Contact have a way to call phone numbers?

My name is Tamara Taylor with Mega Non Profit organization called Crenshaw Christian Center with a TV Ministry called Ever Increasing Faith Ministries.  I am the Marketing, Production and Promotion Coordinator for our Marketing and Media Department.

 My organization has a constant contact account. We use it regularly for our email blasts. We are located in Los Angeles Ca.  I have a large group of phone numbers to make contact with many of our donors.  Does Constant Contact have a way to call phone numbers?

The answer is no, Constant Contact does not offer a service for contact phone numbers, for marketing purposes. Do you have any use cases in mind for why you would want market via phone? I'd be happy to pass it along to our developers.
