CC is included in our DP subscription, however, when I am on the CC website, it tells me I need to upgrade my plan before I can send emails. I am logged into CC on our DP profile, so I'm not sure why it's not registering?

The trial account connected to this Community profile is expired, and isn't connected to any partnership or external service (i.e. Donor Perfect). If you're getting a subscription to us through another service, then you may have wholly different login credentials, or have to login through their system.
I'd advise reaching out to Donor Perfect's support directly for further assistance.
