Download Engagement Metrics

The inability to download engagement metrics is a massive gap in your system.  

Can you download it on a one-off basis and email it to me?

I manage groups of subscribers, and I don't do it through your interface which is very inflexible.

At this time, exporting contact engagement history en masse isn't available. It looks like you already spoke with chat support, and they've tracked the feature request to your account. If and when there's an update, they'll notify you directly.
