Downloading pix

For the past seven years I have been downloading pix to insert into newsletters but today two out of three pix I downloaded from the same source came out as negatives. I called customer service who asked that I email them to him and he had the same problem.

Hello @FerrariAZ ,

Based on initial notes from the Tier 2 agent working on the case, the issue was resolved after saving the images as PNGs and compressing them, since the larger resolution was overloading the upload system.

Since the case is still in progress, since it was just submitted today, are you able to confirm that compressing the images on your side prior to upload allows them to be entered without the negative coloration?
