I set my first email out and several users had to go into spam to retrieve it because it had my email+constant connect as the sending email. How to I change this so it’s my email only and recognize by users. I created a PowerPoint and converted to pdf ,

Hello @FirstNameL58359,

The @ccsend.com at the end of your email address is Constant Contact authenticating your email address to help improve your delivery rate. This is automatically put at the end of your current From email address that you have on your emails at the moment, as it is a free email address from Yahoo. Using a custom domain email is the best way to prevent bounces and spam caused by free email services. A domain email address matches your website, and doesn't just make you look more professional, but also increases trust and engagement with your contacts. For example, instead of using an email address like leigh.grammer@yahoo.com, or sewing_studio@gmail.com, use leigh.grammer@sewingstudio.com.

If you have any other questions regarding this and to see how to change it, please contact our Delivery Specialists. Thank you!
