I follow the instructions to verify additional email addresses. The CC system says it is sending verification emails to the addresses I entered. But no such email arrives at the new addresses. I have checked all spam filters. This is very annoying.

If you're not receiving the verification emails, it means the receiving network is blocking / quarantining the emails. If your IT is unable to get those emails allowed through, even after safelisting our domains, then I'd advise calling our general support. Our general support will need you to answer any security questions they ask, and can then get any addresses you need manually verified.
