I follow the instructions to verify additional email addresses. The CC system says it is sending verification emails to the addresses I entered. But no such email arrives at the new addresses. I have checked all spam filters. This is very annoying.

I have the same problem. All calls to r20.rs6.net produce errors. I have done everything I know how re safelisting. Please provide a solution.

Your system is insane. I did not even want to set up m-f authentication. I was just examining the option, and your system logged me out and then required that I set up m-f authentication in order to log in. Your system is unworkable when there are multiple account managers and/or campaign creators.

There is a solution. You can compose the body of your email elsewhere, using an HTML editor of your choice that does support paragraph indents, tables, and other features omitted from the "new" CC editor. You can use Outlook or Thunderbird or any of dozens of HTML editors. Then copy to your clipboard the resulting raw HTML code and follow these steps: To go Campaigns, Create, Email, Custom Code, and it gives you an HTML editor. Paste your HTML code there. It works. You have to add the subject line and the bottom address info after hitting Continue.

I totally agree. Does not even support paragraph indent? Ridiculous. Forcing me to switch editors in this way is basically forcing me to switch to an inferior platform. Given that choice, I will have to now compare Constant Contact to what else is available in the marketplace, whereas before, I was just a happy 10-year customer doing my thing.
