Do I need to inform/email the members/recipients to add the new, and complete, email address that ends with @ccsend? One email blast. ....1700 sent three days ago ...only 300 opened...usual opens are between 650-720. As of today, 575 opens. Even the test I sent o myself ended in junk... Thanks so much, Christine Horn

Hi @DougCraigFL. You shouldn't need to inform your contacts of the changes made due to the new Google/Yahoo authentication requirements. I looked at the reporting for the email sent over the weekend and the open rate today is similar to your usual open rate. It's possible that an email sent over the weekend could have a lower open rate at first. That seems to be the case here with opens still happening this morning.
