Entering individual contact

Is there a way to send emails to individual contacts without having to create/use a list? We want to be able to send an email to individuals without having to delete them from the list each time we want to send to another person. We personalize the emails to the individual before sending.

If you're just trying to target newly added contacts and avoid the ones who've already been sent it, there's a resend option for that. You can also use the Quicksend function for individual contacts.
