Error Messages when Trying to Delete Images from Survey

I am working on a survey campaign and when I try to delete an image I keep getting an error message and I get kicked out of the survey.  This is happening multiple times.

Hi @SalvatoreR. We have noted this error as a defect when creating a Survey Page. You can reupload the image and insert the new into the survey. This should fix the error.
