I received this email today. Does anyone know why this could be happening? This is the 3rd non-profit, that I have an interest in that has started using the Constant Contact platform for communication with community members. I can’t be the only one who is having this happen … when I click on a “reply or interest or donate button” I’m unable to get that page because “server can’t be found”. I have been able to note that the commonality is the Constant Contact platform. Are there others having this similar issue & what would be the remedy?
Hello @L96629 ,
Where are you seeing a “reply or interest or donate button” in your email? Or is it a block in the editor you're referring to?
If you're referring to the Donate link at the bottom of your emails, that loads your site up right away on my end. Have you attempted any connectivity troubleshooting, like checking the link other browsers and devices?
We’re here to help you grow. With how-to tutorials, courses, getting-started guides, videos and step-by-step instructions to start and succeed with Constant Contact.
