Event Registrants Who Haven't Responded

Hello,

In the same way you can send emails/newsletters to those who haven't opened at a later date, you should be able to resend an event invitation to those who haven't registered yet. This feels like it should be a non-negotiable for events, given you need headcount typically by a certain "RSVP" date.

Instead, the support person walked me through this process instead: You need to make a copy of the original list "350 contacts", suppose "Copied" list and add the registered contacts in a new list suppose list "Register", then remove "Copied-register" list, you will left with the non-registered people. Once you create the list, you then need to make a copy of the event email and send that email to the new list.

That is crazy and not user-friendly in the slightest.

Please consider this development request.

Hello @AubreyH69 ,

This is already possible, so I'm not sure if there was some misunderstanding of what you were requesting, or what the agent thought the process was, but I'll get feedback passed along. If you need step-by-step and visual guidance on this process, please see our main article on sending event emails to non-responders. Keep in mind non-responder emails will only target previously-invited contacts that haven't explicitly registered, or selected the decline option.

If your issue is explicitly non-openers, regardless of their response type, needing to be re-sent the email, then this wouldn't be possible with invitations at this time. Since event invitations are meant to operate on a registrant/declined function, only emails to non-responders is available as an option.

Thank you so much, William!

I did see a "send an email to non-responders" option, however, it required me to recreate another event email (i.e; "Your event is coming up"), vs just simply resending the original to only those who haven't registered yet.  But, yes, I was specifically inquiring about "no-response/non-registrants", rather than "non-openers."

Again, thank you!

There is also an option for copying previously-made event invites (and non-event emails) to send to non-responders.

Thanks, again! I think this is what the other support person originally suggested for me. I appreciate you.
