Is there a common denominator for the people encountering this issue - such as they're all on the same network, or work in the same organization and using the same VPN?
Are they encountering the error when actually submitting their registration info for the legacy event, or are they encountering the error before that when navigating to the landing page from an invite? Do they encounter the error on multiple browsers, or just one in particular?
