On the main registration page, attendees can select multiple tickets. Is it possible to only allow them to select one ticket type? We have specific categories for each ticket, and I have guests checking multiple tickets which is not giving me the correct information for their registration.

At this time, it isn't possible to limit tickets for an individual registration, beyond the limits for each individual ticket type. In the event's description, landing page, or invites is it made explicitly clear that the registrants should only be selecting one ticket type, or is there anything that might be causing confusion as to how they should be handling their registrations?
