Need help. Our staff and multiple IT staff have been unable to connect our business Facebook page with our existing CC account to manage social media. We have spend hours and weeks which have turned into months. We have spend hours on the the phone helpline on hold without getting a person to help.
Can anyone help here?
We have seen the step by step instructions to connect social media accounts but that has not addressed our problem. What happens is CC goes directly to our staffs personal FB page even while we are not signed into it, but are signed into our business page. I have personally connected many social media accounts to other SMM software without any trouble so not sure if CC has a bug.

Hi @CorkusDelicti. This is from our Knowledge Base article about connecting social accounts:
"Sign into your Facebook account to sync your pages and allow Constant Contact permission to integrate with your account to create public-facing posts and import engagement activity from your connected pages. This doesn't give Constant Contact permission to access any of your personal account information or to post to your personal profile."
When connecting a Facebook business page, we will first ask permission to connect through a personal page since the user needs to provide access to the page. We do not post to personal pages so they do not need to worry about an accidental post going through. If this user is not a page admin, you will need to sign them out and sign into Facebook as a user that does have page access.

How do you sync the pages to allow Constant Contact permission? We've been doing this for years and this is the first time we've received the "error connecting" message
Hi @ApopkaCalvaryNazarene. Where in the process are you seeing this messaging? Can you provide us with a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly?
