I’m having trouble uploading files — Constant Contact keeps rejecting them, saying they’re the wrong file type, even though they match the accepted formats. I’m using Chrome on a MacBook running macOS Sonoma (Apple iOS 16).
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a recommended browser or device setup that works better for uploads?

Hello @GrantD20 ,
Besides the file type, do the files match the size limits? Does the import work on a different device, or browser you have access to? Are you running any VPNs, ad/pop-up blockers, or other software that could potentially interfere with site functions?
