how do I change an email address of a person in my group

By "person in my group," are you referring to a contact or an account user?

If you're referring to a contact, if their contact card isn't Compliance locked-in, you should be able to simply edit it. Otherwise you'd need to simply upload the new email address as a wholly new contact, and either copy over all the other contact details or include them in the upload.

If you're referring to an account user, you'd need to add the new email address as a wholly new user.
