Our school is trying the CC trial. I was under the impression 100 contacts can be sent, however we only sent 31 and it is saying we reached the 100 limit. This is frusturating and we would like it fixed.

The list that the errored email is set for (per the email's Details page) is above 69 contacts. The email is also showing as initially sent to a few contacts as well, meaning you'd have less than 69 left between the combinations of your initial email and the errored email.

You'd need to send to a smaller list that won't put you over the 100 maximum, or you'd need to upgrade to a paid account for a larger send limit.

Hello @AdmissionsK ,

The 100 limit is for 100 unique sendouts - i.e. 1 email to 100 contacts, 2 emails to 50 contacts, 5 emails to 20 contacts, or any other combination that would result in an absolute maximum of 100 total sendouts. You aren't at the 100 max limit yet, but your main list, if you sent to it, would put you over the limit. Your options would be to either send to a smaller list that wouldn't put you over the limit, or to upgrade to a paid plan.

The trial is meant to provide a way to test out the various campaign building systems, and to check out how the email reporting will function. To have unlimited sendouts for emailing, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

We had sent 1 email to 31 email addresses. 1x31=31, meaning 69 remain. Still does not work. Says we reached the limit even though the second email failed, meaning net 31 emails sent.
