Greeting tag showing account owner name

The greeting tag in my email is not pulling accurate information. 
It keeps pulling the from name instead of the contacts name.

Hello @HarwoodFinancial ,

When your email is being sent as a test or shown in preview, it will use your from name for the greeting tag. This will become actual contact info when it's sent out live.
