This is frustrating. I am trying to run a Facebook ad where people can give me their first and last name, email address, and phone number. But when I get the ad done and try to add it to my Facebook only half of my face is showing on the ad. I see many others running sponsored ads etc.....and it's their entire face with no issues. What am I doing wrong?

Is the size of the image you're using the recommended size for Facebook ads?
