Here are different answers depending on what you are asking...
-to delete photos from an email, you can hover over them and click the trash can icon in the upper right
-to delete photos from the Constant Contact system you can click tools in the top menu bar of the system and from the dropdown choose library, then you can use the check box and trash can to remove anything from the system

Great question. I'm not sure if you're trying to remove images from an email you're working on or deleting them from the Library page, but you can do both!
