How do I view the steps in an active automation?

I have an automation running.

I can see there are three steps - one of which hasn't fired off yet, but I can't see what's in the queue to know who's going to get the next email, and when.

Can you help, anyone?

Hello @KenCountess ,

Based on the account associaed with this Community profile, it looks like you're using the older Automated Series system. You can click the name of an active automation to see its steps, the people it's been sent to, the clicks, bounces, etc. Contacts in the queue are the numbers alongisde the wait period steps. If there are no contacts in the queue, then the number will be 0, and can't be clicked on.

See the following articles for more details on the Automated Series system, and its reporting functionalities:

If you're in one of your child accounts and looking at their Automation Path, see this article for guidance on the different APB types' reporting functionalities.
