Thanks for the update and fixes on building segments. A couple of "feature" requests: Should be able to name the segment before the build (as it was before.) When listing tags for segmentation criteria PLEASE alphabetize the tags. We have 70 tags that were meticulously created so they can be easily located alphabetically in the tag list. The random tag presentation makes it extremely difficult to locate the proper tags. Should be able EXCLUDE a previous send when building a segment. If we build a complex segment as a target for a send, then often we want to exclude that same segment for the next message. OR at the deployment stage, allow a segment to be excluded from a list. There used to be an English language explanation of the segment when the results were being displayed. This was very helpful (even when the segment wasn't being built properly) so we see that the logic being applied to the segmentation is what we anticipated (or not.) Seems when adding a criteria set to a Segment build, the only option is AND. Would be nice if OR was an option as well. ... View more

@MaryJoC83, I gave up on sub-folders a while ago, and placed all my images and docs in root folders. Frustrating after having gone through the same process you did with setting up sub-folders. It does appear that they fixed the problem with not being able to scroll through folders when replacing an image.    My lingering hope is that they will fix building segments using tags. Thanks, that worked. Though the roll-over refs on those icons are not very descriptive -- they all say "icon-button".   Question re Tables: is there a way to change the width of an individual column? So there would be different width columns in the same table? ... View more

I am also experiencing the same scrolling issue as "notinCA" while trying to access the image folders when building an email. I can only see the last 5 folders (not to mention the disappearing subfolders), and they are not scrollable. Again, am on Windows11 using Chrome.   Would be helpful is someone could provide updates on this. Thanks! ... View more

Same complaint as others. This is a VERY IMPORTANT FIX --  it's a defect that has been reported and been open for over 5 months (at least.) Please give us an ETA on this fix so we know if we need to recreate folders at the root.   Edit: So I cannot EVEN ACCESS MY SUB-FOLDERS?? I just spent time moving files into subfolders from root folders, and now I cannot even locate those files from the Library? I thought this was only an issue when locating a file when building an email. Holy Moley folks, get this fixed. I use Chrome on a Windows11 machine. I cannot believe this is not affecting everyone with a similar user config. I find it difficult to believe you cannot replicate this issue consistently given the comments here. ... View more

Thanks, I appreciate the quick response. The nice part about segments is that they dynamically update or are refreshable. Tags don't. Lists don't. While I intuitively understand your engineering explanation, there's a solution and CC just have decide whether it's worth it to re-engineer to make that work. I've been in tech far too long to know that there's always a solution.  Researching the comments there are several others who have the same issue. Hi Caitlin,   I did successfully upload all the records in question using the "Upload Unsubscribed Emails" feature. I then tried to tag a few of the records in a secondary upload using the same feature, and it worked ideally. Thanks. I understand that each contact needs an email address. I created fake, but correctly formed, email addresses and tried to upload them as "unsubscribed", but the system did not upload them.   Next question is, can I upload them as "bounced"? If not, I will need to convert them to bounces or unsubs, once uploaded. Is there a way I can can make those changes in batch? We may be able to pay for the additional contacts, but I need to make sure we are not emailing those new contacts. ... View more

What we need to do is upload lists, and rather than add tags, we would need to remove tags. That's what I meant by a batch (bulk) tag removal.    Btw, I did a deeper dive into segments, and there are useful filtering capabilities, so I don't have to do it offline, thx.
