Simply go to the Library tab, select the image / document you wish to rename, then type in the desired new name in the box for NAME.

Problem is I don't see that full window. No boarder, the bottom with save is cut off and there is no scroll option.

In that case your browser's default font size is too large, or you're too zoomed in on your browser screen. Try zooming out (CTRL - on PC / CMD - on Mac), or going into your browser's font settings and reduce the size.

I tried to Zoom out as suggested, but it didn't work. What worked for me was to change the name and then keep pressing the tab key until the save button appeared.
