If someone opens your email from a LINK someone sent them, does that open count in the open rate?

Opening the webpage version of an email, such as one included in a View as Webpage link, posted on social media, or accessed via a link you've added to your site, will not trigger an open. For more info on how open are tracked, please see this article.
